Step 1: Approach to the project
After receiving your information commands, we begin to work with and confirm what you have provided. In this stage, our staff can work with you on telephone, by email, or have a meet in person.
Step 2: Consulting for customers Basing on what you have just provided, we will analyze in a detail way what your purpose, request etc. During this time, we also help you clarify your purpose, set up your own general website, and give out solutions for your problems.
Step 3: Building Scheme
We have already got your information and request. Now we begin make a discussion with customers and then build a scheme of website, including:
- Introducing the process of working.
- Defining the task for each site
- Building information structure for the website
- The way to save up your website and register domain
- Money and time spending on carrying out the website
- Other concerned information
Step 4: Delivering and training
After finishing step 5, we will try operating the new website to acknowledge customers’ comments and give feedback. We will make change whatever you recommend if necessary.
Beside we also train and send guide materials for customers.
Finally, we end the contract when customers have checked and received the website.
Step 5: Help and Warranty
Giving help whenever you get technical problems. We also always test and maintain system. The system is under warranty for 12 months.
